MANUAL INFORMATION

Your training manual will be sent in the mail to the address you provided.

The training manual is *REQUIRED* to participate in the training. Please make arrangements to ensure you physically have it for both days of the training.

(If you are working at home and have it mailed to your office, prepare to pick it up prior to the start of the training).

TRAINING EXPECTATIONS

The Training will begin promptly at 9 am both days, and will include a number of breaks.

This training must be completed on laptops or desktops - you can not attend and participate on tablets or phones.

Latecomers, those who do not demonstrate full engagement, and those who miss any portion of the training will not receive Certificates.

Per National Family Support Network - you will be required to be on-camera the entire training.

Prepare for a level of participation that will require your full attention for the duration of the Training.

Please make arrangements to support your engaged participation.
